Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at our Brooklyn campus. There are many beautiful spaces available on campus, 包括教室, 会议室, ball fields and gardens to name a few, and we’re excited to help you plan your event in any one that you choose.

Our experienced and friendly staff is ready to help you plan your event from start to finish, so all you need to do is follow the easy steps below to get started. 再见!

步骤# 1: Identify the date and time of your event/meeting. Think about what space will work best for your event and which will provide your guests with a quality experience. 访问我们的空间. 你也可以查看a 360度虚拟旅行.

第二步: You have identified the space you wish to host your event? 伟大的. Please fill out and submit our Application for Campus Facility Use Form and a staff member from the Conference and Event Service office will contact you within three business days. Please ensure that your request is as detailed as possible to ensure faster processing.

  • Items to consider when planning an event include:  
    • Purpose of Meeting/Event
    • Day/time (start to finish including setup/breakdown)
    • Location, location, location
    • Number of attendees/participants
    • 集 up needs (tables, chairs, A/V equipment, security, staffing)

第三步: A member of the Conference and Event 服务 (CES) staff will contact you via telephone or email to confirm details of your event and talk through any questions. At this time, CES staff will also assign any necessary resources to the event or meeting.

第四步: Once all resources are assigned (facility, set up style, catering, audio-visual, staffing, etc.) the CES staff will generate a quote and contract to be forwarded to you, at which time you will have 14 business days to submit a deposit to secure the facility.

第五步: The CES staff will continue to work with you as your event nears to make sure all your needs are met. A member of the CES staff will contact you two weeks prior to your event (you can always reach out before then) to review any changes or additions to the reservation.

6步:万岁!! It's time for your event!

Important Items to Note

  • 所有外部(非st. Joseph's University) groups are required to present sufficient insurance.
  • The use of alcohol and tobacco is prohibited in all St. Joseph's University facilities.
